Víno zrálo 16 měsíců na barikových sudech vyrobených z francouzského dubu. Přirozeně intenzivní a jemná ovocná vůně vína byla tak obohacena o tóny vanilky a citrusů. V chuti je víno velmi hebké, ale zároveň hutné, extraktivní s nádhernými medovými tóny
Doporučujeme k lososovi a candátovi v přírodní úpravě a k sýrům s bílou plísní.
